Trip Details

OVERVIEW

Discover the archaeological wonders of Angkor and beyond on this spectacular 6-day trip to Cambodia. You’ll travel on foot and by Remork, a local vehicle to explore the iconic temples and ruins of Angkor. Your exploration will combine lesser-seen marvels with a hit list of the most stupendous Angkorian sites.

View Angkor Wat after the crowds have gone, marvel at renowned Ta Phrom’s crumbling masonry and wander through the enigmatic bas-reliefs of the last capital of the Khmer Empire, Angkor Thom.

That’s not all. We discover the enchanting Beng Mealea, taken captive by tangled roots and a forest that grows within and around the creeper covered temple, and the remote, sprawling Koh Ker, where temple after crumbling temple wait to be explored.

Travel back in time to the Angkor Empire's early years with a pioneering trip to Phnom Kulen Mountain. Visit deserted temples overflowing with history as you explore rugged trails that lead to riverbeds covered with sacred carvings.

Relish on sumptuous Khmer fusion food, a cuisine that many don’t get the chance to try.

At the end of this trip, you’ll want to see more of Cambodia.

~ TRAVEL QUOTE ~

“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s OK. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.”
